The Forge Bootcamp is a two-week premium youth leadership and technology intensive run by Divine Intelligence Team (DIT). It exists for one reason: to take ambition and turn it into capability.
The next generation of Nigerian leaders, founders, engineers and creatives needs more than encouragement. They need real instruction, real projects and real mentors.
The Forge is engineered to be that crucible. Two weeks, full-day, in-person — no shortcuts. Every participant trains daily across leadership and a chosen technical elective, ships a project, and presents it to a live audience.
By the end of the bootcamp, the question isn't what could they become. It's what did they just build.
Every participant leaves with a clearer sense of who they are and where they're going.
Real instruction in real disciplines — not theory, not pretend, not watered down.
A cohort of peers and mentors who keep showing up long after the closing ceremony.
Every participant ships a project, presents to an audience, and walks home with proof.
The spark that starts everything. Curiosity, creativity, and the first fire of potential — calibrated for discovery and confidence-building.
In the fire — being shaped, tested, and strengthened. Structured skill development, identity formation, and emerging leadership.
The finished product — sharp, purposeful, and ready to cut through the world. Professional application, commercial awareness, portfolio-ready output.
Young Nigerians aged 10–24, organized into three tiers: IGNITE (10–13), FORGE (14–17) and APEX (18–24). The program is intensive but the bar is willingness — we'll meet you where you are.
